Vantage Math collects only what we need to respond to inquiries and run sessions. Nothing is sold, traded, or shared with third parties beyond the providers listed below.

Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we receive: parent or guardian name, email address, student name, grade, school setting, current curriculum (optional), and the message you write us.
Session records. Once you become a client, we keep informal session notes (what we worked on, what came next) for the purpose of continuity. We don't share these outside of Selam unless you ask us to.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which records anonymized page views (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers). Aggregate counts only.
Contact form info is used to reply to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and send invoices.
Site analytics are used to understand which pages parents find helpful and improve the content. We do not run ads, do not retarget, and do not build advertising profiles.
We never sell your information. We never share it with marketing partners.
A small number of vendors process information on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the website and runs the contact form's server logic.
- Google Workspace — receives and stores the contact-form email at hello@vantagemath.com.
- Vercel Analytics — anonymous page-view counts, no cookies.
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vantagemath.com with the request and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
Children under 13: we don't knowingly collect data from children directly. The contact form is meant to be filled out by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.
Retention: we keep contact-form emails as long as the inquiry is active. After 24 months of inactivity, we delete them. Active client records persist while the client is enrolled, plus 12 months for tax and continuity purposes.

If we update this policy in a way that materially changes how we use your information, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top and email any active client families.
